We turned this garden level, brownstone condo on 10th Street's "Gold Coast" in to a stunner for our client and her guests. The focus of the project was to look at traffic. Originally, people would need to pass through a tired basic kitchen to a bathroom with old plumbing. With the use of carefully placed sliding doors and mirrors, the bathroom nearly doubles in size and draws light from the windows out front.
